We are currently looking for an office manager to oversee our busy Stonebridge branch office.  The appropriate candidate will possess a general insurance licence, be familiar with the SAM system and have previous supervisory experience.  This position will include, but not be limited to, the following responsibilities:
  • Train new employees and update training for existing employees on the newest technologies, company wordings, SAM and internal procedures
  • Sell new business as well as mantain a book of business
  • Monitor work flows
  • Review and monitor reports
  • Suggest and implement standardized Best Practices Procedures
  • Reporting to senior management

Qualifications:
  • CAIB or CIP Designation
  • Experience with the Saskatchewan Auto Fund/SAM System
  • Excellent Computer Skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Experience in sigXP an asset
  • Experience with insurance company portals/procedures an asset
  • Management and Human Resources experience and education
  • The ability to work with all ages

  • Minimum 3 years experience as a licensed broker in the insurance industry
  • Experience with SGI Motor Vehicles/SAM
  • Experience with sigXP an asset
  • Experience with company portals
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to assist co-workers
The duties for this position will include, but not be limited to:
  • Selling new personal insurance policies
  • Maintaining a book of business
  • Some processing of insurance policies
  • Processing policy payments
  • Performing Motor Vehicle/SAM transactions
  • Assisting co-workers as may be required
